Behind the scenes of bustling Moscow, in a former theatre on Tverskaya Street, ‘5 o’clock’ awaits you – the director of your day. On a personal platter, accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine, you’ll be served a tartlet with smoked trout mousse and kizhuch caviar, a mini cornet with ricotta and sun-dried tomatoes, and a warm brioche with duck pâté.
The pastry chef drew inspiration from the theatre’s backstage: ‘Mirrored Sphere’, a tart with pistachio praline and a mini ‘Opera’.
Continue the ceremony with our signature teas – from a delicate white tea to a full-bodied oolong. A tea set from a rare collection, linen napkins with hand-embroidered lace and the subdued glow of spotlights create the feeling of a private box.
